We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The hotel facilities, especially the pool and bar area, were fantastic. The location was ideal, being close to the train station and the promenade. the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour reception was very convenient. The location of this hotel was great, right in the center. We loved the fact that there was a bakery nearby where we could grab a cheaper breakfast. The room was spacious with a big bathroom and a great air conditioning system. The complimentary products were a nice touch, especially considering the hot climate. We also enjoyed the roof terrace and the amazing views of the city.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful week at Splendid Hotel And Spa. The friendliness of the staff and their ability to converse in English made us feel welcome. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The gym was a great addition for residents to use. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the really good recommendation from the staff for a nearby restaurant.

It is also within a short walk to a larger area with shops and restaurants. the hotel is close to the promenade and train station, making it easy to access other parts of the city. the hotel is just a few minutes away from the beach, allowing for a relaxing day by the sea before heading back to the hotel.
The hotel could improve on the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooftop area, as it appears to be rundown and in need of renovation.

Recently refurbished rooms. Quiet location close to everything. Fantastic roof terrace with hot tub and pool. Friendly, helpful staff. 24h reception. Big bathroom with lots of space. Great air conditioning. Fridge available. Complimentary soap, shampoo, and body lotion. Clean and easy walk to sights. Excellent facilities including pool, spa, rooftop bar. Beautifully renovated rooms.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was so close to everything - the local tram station, the beach - perfect for exploring before heading home. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. And the rooftop pool was a definite highlight - not crowded at all and with great views!
We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. It has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
